NEW Private Parking Area
With clear pathways and a brand-new parking area, access to the site is now easier than ever; meander through magical woodland and rolling green pastures to reach your own glamping haven. Our site is accessed across farmland with far-reaching views of the spectacular Devon countryside, providing the most stunning approach to an off-grid glamping experience. If you’re lucky, you may even see a lovely herd of Red Deer roaming the fields whilst you unpack...
You can now park up just 5 minutes away from your luxury canvas tent in a private, safe and secure space – minimising unwanted hassle and stress upon arrival. Our friendly helper Ash is always on standby with a quad bike and trailer, helping to unload and deliver your luggage with ease. In turn, our glorious glamping site remains car and pollution-free, ensuring for total peace and quiet during your stay.
NEW Luxury Canvas Tent
We are pleased to announce that our fourth canvas tent, Heronry, has now arrived on site; boasting all the essentials and added luxuries you have come to expect from Exe Valley Glamping. With a large kitchen area containing all the appliances and cooking equipment you could possibly need, three luxurious bedrooms with all bed linen supplied, and a fully functioning bathroom with sumptuous bath towels and toilet roll provided, we guarantee you will feel right at home in Heronry.
Heronry also features a rustic log burning stove with logs, kindling and matches supplied; an outdoor fire pit to sit and chat around during the evening; a large selection of board games and books to enjoy; and battery-operated lights and candles to ensure you aren’t left in the dark.
Our Ongoing Commitment to the Environment
Here at Exe Valley Glamping, we are extremely passionate about sustainability and protecting our natural environment. We wish to limit the negative impact of tourism here in the Devon countryside, by providing a totally off-grid glamping experience via environmentally friendly means.
All our tents include solar powered lighting and refrigeration, water heaters powered by sustainable woodland, and eco-friendly bathroom and cleaning products. There are several bottle refill points across the site, which produce chemical-free carbon/UV filtered ground water. Many of the items provided in our tents are made from fully recyclable and/or compostable materials, and we also endeavour to promote local trades and services within a 10-mile radius of the site.
